Rawhiti Estate is an architecturally designed building with interior design by Lauren Hare and Anna Desbonnets. All apartments feature neutral, sophisticated colour palettes so you can add your own touches.
If needed, we can connect you to experienced “downsizing” experts who can help you plan and prepare for moving to an apartment.
The village includes stunning art in all public spaces, curated by Gow Langsford. Our feature pieces are two sculptures by Paul Dibble and a specially commissioned garden painting by Karl Maughan.

Our apartments are connected to but entirely separate from our care suites. You can come and go from a private entrance but enjoy the peace of mind of care being available on site.
